3M has introduced its Xtract Cubitron II 710W Net Abrasive Disc, which removes up to 97% of dust particles as it sands metal, composite, and wood surfaces.
It features a mesh that extracts dust at every location on the disc while maintaining cutting performance. The disc features the company’s Precision-Shaped Grain technology, designed to fracture continually into sharp cutting edges. This gives the disc twice the abrasive life and cut rate of competitors’ net discs, the company says.
